ph-Fix Indicationstrips for corn- and potatoe-mashes

The acid in corn-mashes should not have a ph-value above 6 to pevent bacterial contamination during fermentation. Optimal ph-values are between 4.5 and 5. For potatoes the optimum is from 5.5 until 5.8.
